Maggie Magpie

My perfect frisbee dog

I wanted to share a success story from my recent dog training work with an Irish Setter named Maggie. Maggie’s family loves her dearly, but they were struggling with her obsession with birds. Maggie would often tear off and fly across the fields, completely ignoring her family’s attempts to recall her until she tired herself out. Her family was desperate for a solution, so they hired me to help.

After some focused training, I’m thrilled to report that Maggie now has the most solid recall and fastest fetch skills in town! I put her best instincts to good work, channeling her energy and drive into a positive direction. Maggie’s family is overjoyed with the progress she’s made, and it’s been a joy to see her transformation.

Maggie’s story is a great example of how working breeds, like Irish Setters, often need more mental stimulation than just a regular dog walk. These breeds have strong instincts and energy levels that need to be channeled in the right way to prevent unwanted behaviors. That’s where my training-focused walks come in. I provide structured exercises and activities that challenge your dog’s mind and body, keeping them engaged, happy, and well-behaved.

If you have a working breed or a high-energy dog who needs more mental stimulation, my training-focused walks may be the solution for you. I customize my training to meet the specific needs and instincts of each dog, helping them thrive and become well-behaved members of your family. Don’t let your dog’s energy go to waste – let’s put it to good use and have some fun along the way!
