We adopted Noodles one year ago. He was unsocialized, shy and nervous. We took him to training classes and had several trainers. He got better but not much. Then we found Lauri! I learned about Lauri through another trainer who gave Lauri his highest recommendation.
Fast forward a few months, with Lauri’s training, Noodles has gone from unsocialized to obedient and playing with other dogs, shy and nervous to playful and outgoing. Lauri’s animal behavioral training methods along with the gentle and positive approach has been very effective. Also Lauri incorporates training with fun.
Lauri is trustworthy, responsible and very responsive. They also take great pics of the dogs on their outings. Noodles comes back home tired and happy. He always looks forward to his next outing with Lauri!

Lauri is simply amazing! My black lab Aoife and I started working with Lauri when the pup was a little baby. She’s now 6 months old and people comment on how well she behaves for her age. Of course, she’s a puppy and she does puppy things like jump, counter cruise, and bark when she’s nervous. Lauri has helped us work through all of these challenges and many more.
Their style is calm, resourceful and respectful of the dog and the human. Their methods are practical and they know how to break it down. Lauri is patient and has a genuine love for dogs and helping the build loving, happy relationships with their humans. Their language is contagious… I now call all dogs “angels” and “little honeys” thanks to Lauri. I highly recommend Lauri and I have basically done that with everyone I meet who has a dog.

Lauri has worked with our golden retriever, Louise, for over a year since she was a pup. In the beginning, Louise was shy and we struggled socializing her with other dogs. Lauri started training our puppy at 16 weeks and did such an incredible job. They taught our dog great manners and obedience skills and taught us how to maintain these skills with our puppy. We were so lucky to have found Lauri when our corgi Moose was still a puppy!
